Two things changed recently that are worth explaining instead of just quietly updating and hoping nobody noticed.
First, the name. This site used to be called Well Spent, sitting at a web address that had nothing to do with that name. That mismatch was only going to get more confusing the more this grew, so instead of picking a domain to match the old name, we picked a name that actually matches the address — The Goods Roster.
Second, the worth-it test — the three rules at the top of the hub — used to talk specifically about "the nontoxic version" and ingredient labels, because that's where this site started. It doesn't read that way anymore, because the site didn't stay there. Fitness dupes, loose-leaf tea, and a cat fountain don't have ingredient labels to check, so the rules needed to talk about evidence and claims in general, not just what's printed on a bottle.
Nothing about how picks actually get chosen changed — just the words describing why they're here.
